Scalloped Corn
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs (you can use egg substitute if you want)
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 14 oz. can cream-style corn
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Direction:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Mix first 7 ingredients in medium bowl. Put both types of corn in crockpot, pour mixture over corn and stir to mix. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours until set.
