This recipe is a hit or miss with people. Some people will love it and others won't be fond of it at all...but I wanted to share it just in case you are one of those love it types...
Honey Ginger Chicken
6-8 chicken thighs (can use breast)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup honey
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Place chicken inside crockpot. Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hours (HIGH 2 1/2 - 3 hours). If using breast, you will want to add an hour of cooking time...depending on thickness)
